• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Provide professional and courteous telephone service, handling tasks like call transfers and message taking.
• Capture and record all contact interactions for reporting purposes.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of NSG products and services.
• Promote NSG training programs to public sector organizations.
• Process client requests for quotations and bookings.

• Generate reports and manage accurate records. Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Contact Centre Management, Office Administration, or Business Administration
• 1-2 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in an ETD environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, call logging systems, and Training Management Systems
• Knowledge of client relations and the public
