What You Will Learn
Successful candidates will attend theoretical training at an MQA (Mining Qualifications Authority) accredited Training Provider, alongside hands-on, workplace-based practical learning. This combination ensures that learners gain real-world experience while learning the technical and operational aspects of mining under the supervision and coaching of experts in the field.
Training will be structured and guided through a detailed logbook, with opportunities for further courses and development in key areas related to mining operations. Progress is monitored via monthly and quarterly reports to ensure each learner is achieving their developmental goals.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this learnership, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
Completed Grade 12 / Matric / Standard 10, or an equivalent qualification such as N3 or NCV Level 4.
Applicants must have passed Maths or Maths Literacy. - Medical Fitness:
