This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience in retail while developing vital workplace skills with some of South Africa’s top retail brands, including HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester.
Programme Details
Duration: 12 Months
What the Learnership Offers
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in a variety of retail operations. The structured 12-month programme covers:
Assisting customers on the shop floor
Marketing, merchandising, and maintaining displays
Understanding and using English language fundamentals
Applying basic maths in a retail setting
Processing transactions via the POS system
Opening new customer accounts
Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
Stock maintenance and loss prevention

Fluent in English

Minimum Requirements

Be a South African citizen with no criminal record
