About the Learnership
RBS Insurance Brokers, one of South Africa’s leading short-term insurance brokerages, is offering a dynamic Learnership in Short-Term Insurance (NQF5). This structured programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience in underwriting and claims, giving you a valuable springboard into a career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured learnership programme that blends academic study with hands-on experience.
Learn the fundamentals of underwriting and claims processing.
Collaborate with industry experts and professionals to develop relevant skills and competencies.
Minimum Requirements
Age: 18–35 years old
Employment Status: Currently unemployed
Education:
Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (40% or more)
English First Language or First Additional Language (40% or more)
Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the last 18 months
Must reside in Cape Town, Gqeberha, or Johannesburg
