The National Employers’ Association of South Africa (NEASA) is inviting applications for its In-Service Training
Established in 2005, NEASA has become one of South Africa’s most respected providers of professional talent and business development services. This in-service training opportunity is aimed at giving young South Africans the chance to gain workplace experience in various business disciplines while developing essential professional skills.

Monthly Stipend: From R3,500 per month

This experiential learning programme is designed for TVET college graduates who have completed their theoretical studies and now require workplace exposure to complete their qualifications
Fields of Study
Applicants must have completed an N6 qualification in one of the following fields
Financial Management
Business Management
Human Resources Management
Marketing Management
Management Assistant’
Requirements
To be considered for the NEASA In-Service Training Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Possess a Grade 12 Certificate
Hold a Diploma or N6 qualification from a public institution
Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills
Demonstrate a positive work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Be between the ages of 18 and 34
Be a South African citizen
