Failure to comply with the above instructions will result in disqualification from entries. Applicants applying for more than one position must submit a separate Z83 form (together with the documents mentioned above) for each position applied for. If an applicant wishes to withdraw an application, they must do so in writing. If an application is received when a candidate applies for more than one position on the same application form, the application will only be considered for the first position indicated on the application and not for any of the other positions.
Under no circumstances will photostatic or faxed copies of application documents be accepted.
Successful applicants will be subject to staff suitability checks (criminal background, citizenship and financial / asset check, qualifications and employment verification). Successful applicants will also go through security clearance processes.
Applicants who do not receive confirmation or feedback within 3 (three) months of the closing date should consider their application rejected. Due to the large number of expected responses, applications will not be recognized and correspondence will be limited to shortlisted applicants only.
