What the Hospitality Learnership Offers
This programme is built to give learners both practical kitchen exposure and essential administrative experience. Over the 24-month learning period, you will work closely with an Executive Chef and rotate across multiple departments to strengthen your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
During the learnership, learners will be expected to:
Food Production & Preparation
Assist with preparing meals according to established catering standards
Participate in food production across various kitchen sections
Stock & Inventory
Support with stock control
Help maintain accurate kitchen inventory
Administrative Functions
Perform administrative tasks under the supervision of the Executive Chef
Assist with implementing ISO standards
Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional service to clients and visitors
Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
Uphold hygiene and safety rules at all times
Follow health and food safety regulations within the kitchen

Work Experience
