*residing within the district
*Must be between the age of 18 – 35 years old
*NQF Level 3
Applicant in local municipalities are required to submit on the dates given. However applications can still be submitted to the Nkangala District municipality Head Office, PED Department from 01/04/2021 – 30/04/2021
