Minimum Requirements:
- ND in Civil Engineering
- B-Tech in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage
- Certificate in Project Management
- Registered with the Relevant Engineering Body
Key performance Areas: Coordinates duties associated with Sanitation Projects in order to ensure service delivery objectives in keeping with the Integrated Development Plan of the District Municipality, pertaining to Sanitation projects are met as per laid down legislation, policies and procurers. Coordinates inputs into the section’s Strategic plan. Coordinate the implementation of specific procedures, systems and controls and system applications. Formulation of specific contracts and tender documents and controls contractual obligations. Implements the professional, technical and operational outcomes associated with projects/contracts. Analyses and evaluates the deliverable phases of existing Sanitation projects associated with the provision of sanitation services to communities. Coordinate contributions in preparing capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations. Coordinates the Key Performance Indicator’s and outcomes of personnel within the Administrative Sub Section. Coordinate Stakeholder and Communication Process. Coordinate the administrative and reporting requirements of the functionality SP. Coordinate efficient and effective SP audit processes.
