Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Mail and Document Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents to the relevant departments.

- Administrative Duties: Assist with minute-taking, filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, organize catering, and assist with other logistical needs.
- Office Security: Follow safety procedures and manage access control through the reception desk.
- Document Archiving: Maintain a filing system for current documents and archive those older than three years.
- General Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed.
