The Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the Supply Chain Management Internship Programme 2025.

Stipend: R10,500.00 per month
Duration: 24 months

Reporting To: SCM Manager
Minimum Requirements:
South African citizen under 35 years old
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
National Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Purchasing Management
A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in the above fields will be an added advantage
No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in contract management and tender evaluations (RFQ, RFP, RFB)
Support compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, and SCM regulations
Aid in purchase order processing, delivery tracking, and invoice handling
Update and manage documents according to ISO Standards
Resolve supply chain issues affecting internal or external stakeholders
Provide general administrative support to the SCM unit
Competencies Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic knowledge of public sector SCM legislation
A proactive and organised approach
