Administration Clerk – Vocational Rehabilitation

Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria

Salary: R228,321 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits

 

Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

Experience: No prior experience required; however, exposure to a rehabilitation or vocational setting is advantageous

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with Compensation Fund processes, policies, and procedures

Understanding of COIDA legislation and regulations

Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Act & Regulations, and POPIA

Key Skills:

Digital proficiency

Communication

Conflict resolution

Stakeholder management

Service delivery and innovation

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support services to enhance efficiency

Perform clerical tasks related to supply chain management

Assist with HR-related administrative duties

Support financial administration functions within the Directorate
