Eskom’s National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA) is offering an exciting 3-year Artisan Training Programme for six motivated learners in the Electrical discipline. This opportunity is aimed at young South Africans who are eager to gain both institutional and on-the-job training, ultimately qualifying with a trade test certificate.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must have one of the following:
Grade 12 (Matric) with:
Mathematics: 50%
Physical Science: 50%
English: 40%
OR
N3 Engineering Certificate with:
English: 40%
OR
NCV Level 4 with:
Physical Science: 50%
Mathematics: 50%
English: 40%
Skills and Competencies:
Effective verbal and written communication
High level of motivation and discipline
Safety-conscious and responsible
Strong sense of commitment and emotional resilience
Computer literacy
Programme Structure:
Duration: 3 years
Includes both theoretical and practical training
Leads to Trade Test Certification
