About the Truworths Stores Learnership Programme

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 (minimum qualification)
- A passion for fashion and an interest in retail
- Commitment to complete a minimum of 120 hours of learning
- Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in assessments
Key Duties:
- Assist customers in finding products
- Merchandising according to company standards
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Open customer accounts
- Minimize stock losses
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Ensure customer safety and store security
