Programme Overview
This one-year learnership provides a combination of academic training and on-the-job experience focused on Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement. Learners will gain critical banking knowledge and customer service skills while being mentored throughout the programme.

South African citizen or permanent resident
Aged 18–30 years
Unemployed and not currently enrolled in any learnership or academic programme

Computer literate and a good team player
No criminal record or false documentation
Must pass credit and reference checks
Must be available full-time for 12 months
