About the YES Programme
This exciting initiative provides young South Africans with an opportunity to gain their first working experience in the dynamic retail sector. Through TFG’s YES Programme, selected candidates will work in a store-based role and develop key workplace and customer service skills, giving them a foundation for future employment.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
Be 18 to 35 years old
Have Matric (preferred but not compulsory)
Be available for full-time work on a 12-month contract
Not be studying full time during the year of employment (April 2025 – March 2026)
Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than 12 consecutive months
Not have participated in a YES Programme before
Be able to cover your own transport and accommodation if required
Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
