About the Work Experience Programme

The Stibium Mining Work Experience Programme forms part of the company’s broader skills development initiative. Applicants must be South African citizens, between the ages of 18 and 35, and currently unemployed. A letter from the tertiary institution confirming the need for practical work experience is mandatory. Preference will be given to applicants residing in the Mopani District.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Stibium Mining South Africa 2025 Work Experience Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 

Must be registered at a University of Technology or FET Institution.

Must be a South African citizen.

Must submit a letter from the tertiary institution confirming the need for practical work experience.

Must be between 18 and 35 years old.

Must be currently unemployed.

Must have no criminal record.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Mopani District.
