The Limpopo Department of Health is hiring 350 temporary malaria general workers for a 132-day contract with a daily stipend of R310.00

Job Details & Requirements
  • Pay: R310.00 per day
  • Duration: 132 working days
  • Positions: 350 total vacancies across Mopani, Vhembe, Waterberg, Sekhukhune, and Capricorn districts
  • Education: Minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
  • Skills: Physically fit to carry heavy spray cans, basic reading and math skills, and the ability to work with chemicals [1, 2, 3, 4]
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mixing and handling insecticides
  • Carrying out indoor house spraying and treating water bodies
  • Moving and covering client furniture before spraying
  • Cleaning equipment, vehicles, and malaria stations
  • Capturing data and completing spray/hut cards (SP1) [1]
