
Nalafem invites young African women who are refugees, internally displaced persons or stateless to apply for I AM NALA Fellowship Programme for the period of January 2027 to July 2027.
Eligibility
– Young women aged between 18-40 years
– Leaders of a campaign or women group
– Members of an existing consortium or collective with a focus on alliance building
– Young women engaged in cross conflict negotiations
– Young women politicians in political office
We are looking for political leaders in one or more of the Africa Young Women Beijing +25 Manifesto demands and who embrace Nalafem Values
– Solidarity
– Social Justice
– Dignity
– Equity
– Decolonial Feminist Pan-Africanism
The Fellowship will serve and engage 20 young women political leaders from the Africa including displaced Africans in the diaspora. The Fellowship is accepting applicants that have been displaced due to political or climate related crisis and insecurity.
NB: If you are not a Refugee, IDP, Displaced or Stateless your application will not be considered.
