Fields of Training
The learnership programme is offered in the following streams:
Plant Operator
Mining Operator
Maintenance Operator
Each programme consists of structured unit standard-based learning combined with on-the-job practical experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 / Standard 10 certificate
Minimum E symbol (40% or higher) in English and Mathematics

Must pass the selection process
Must reside within reasonable proximity to Matla Coal (Proof of residence required)
