Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Management Assistant Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

 

Qualification: Must be a South African citizen with a completed N6 Management Assistant certificate.

Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.

Previous Programmes: Should not have participated in a previous SETA-funded learnership or internship program for the same qualification.

Other requirements: You must possess strong administrative and communication skills, be motivated, and be committed to learning.

Obtain the Z83 Form: Download the New Z83 Application for Employment Form from the Department of Public Service and Administration website or collect it from any Public Service Department.

Complete the Form: Fill out the form in its entirety and ensure the signature on page 2 is present. Clearly indicate the post title and reference number (REF: GERMT/06/2025).

Prepare Supporting Documents: Gather the following documents and ensure they are original certified copies:

Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) with at least three contactable references, including their email addresses.

N6 Management Assistant certificate.

Selection Process
