The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) invites all unemployed graduates to gain work experience in their respective field of study
. Interested applicants must send their internship applications to the address provided in each post
. The application must only include a completed and signed new form Z83, which can be obtained from any public service department or online at www.gov.za, and a detailed CV
. Attested copies of identity document, senior certificate and highest qualification required, as well as driving license if required, will be submitted to HR only by shortlisted candidates on or before the interview date
. An application that does not comply with the above specifications will not be considered and will be disqualified
. RSA citizenship, credit record and qualification verification will be conducted prior to employment. The result of this screening will be assessed to determine suitability for employment

Unemployed South African graduates and TVET students with a tertiary qualification in one of the fields of study listed below who have not previously participated in any internship and further education programme
. These internships are established in all provinces
. Candidates wishing to apply for internships outside their respective provinces must be able to find their own accommodation given that they will not be earning a salary but only a stipend
. You must submit a separate application for each provincial office you are applying for and include the appropriate reference number for the center of your choice
. Successful applicants will be placed on a Youth Development Place (150 places), at a center of their choice for a period of 18 months for TVET students and 24 months for postgraduate students and will be awarded a stipend depending on the qualifications obtained.
